Terms of Use

PRChase is a tool for tracking nutrition, weight, and workouts. It calculates estimated calorie and macronutrient targets from the data you enter yourself, and lets you share them with a coach of your choosing.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter — the calculations are only as accurate as it is. Keep your password safe; everything done through your account is considered yours. The account is personal and may not be transferred.

You must be at least 16 years old. If you're younger, use the app only with a parent's consent and supervision.

Connecting with a coach happens only with their code and only by your own action. While connected, they can see your data in the app. The connection can be ended at any time by either side.

The relationship between coach and client — arrangements, prices, and payments — is between the two of them. PRChase is the means of communication, not a party to that arrangement, and is not responsible for the advice a coach gives.

Attempting to access other people's accounts, automated data scraping, uploading content you don't have rights to, and using the app for anything unlawful. Such actions may result in the account being suspended.

The app itself — the code, design, logo, and text in it — belongs to PRChase. The access you're given is a right to use it for yourself, not a right to copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute it.

Content you enter yourself — names of foods or exercises you add, notes, progress photos — remains yours. By uploading it you only grant us the right to store it and show it back to you (and to your coach, if you're connected to one) so the app works — nothing more, no other use.

The app is provided as is. We take care that it works and that your data is preserved, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or fully error-free calculations. Keep important records elsewhere too if you rely on them.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law — for example in case of intent or gross negligence on our part.

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you're a consumer in another EU country, nothing here deprives you of the protection given by the mandatory law of the country where you live — it applies regardless of the choice of Bulgarian law above.

In case of a dispute, write to support@prchase.app first — most things get resolved this way, without going further. If that doesn't work, the dispute is referred to the competent court in Bulgaria, to the extent applicable law allows.
